Via SMS, mobile banking gives you the ability to send instruction for booking a fund transfer, requesting a cheque book, receive statement and notification of every debit or credit to your account as soon as it takes place.

How this all facilities can be accessed?
1. Visit your nearest branch and fill out the application form of mobile banking.
2. You will be notified by receiving a SMS alert about your enrollment to mobile banking platform.

How it works?
1. Type “Help” to your mobile phone message and send the SMS to 255 if you’re subscriber of ROSHAN, ETISALT and AWCC. But if your SIM is from MTN or Afghan Telecom please SMS to 0790 255 255
2. In respond to your “Help” Message you will receive the following command list from us:

Balance: BAL [Account No] [PIN]
Statement: MINI [Account No] [PIN]
Cheque Book Request: CRQ [Account No] [PIN]
Change PIN: PIN [Account No.] [Old PIN] [New PIN]
Exchange Rate: RATE
